Our client specializes in fast parcel delivery for online stores, with a strong focus on evening and fresh-daily deliveries. At the depot, diverse goods—from standard packages to chilled and fresh products—are processed daily to reach their final destination at lightning speed. You will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of goods within the warehouse logistics chain.
Functie
In this role, you are responsible for the safe and timely movement of goods within the warehouse logistics chain.
- Operating the Electric Pallet Truck (EPT) for loading and unloading trucks.
- Moving pallets and containers to designated warehouse zones.
- Supplying and removing materials to support the sorting process.
- Inspecting the EPT and reporting any technical faults.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
- Coordinating daily tasks with fellow warehouse colleagues and team leaders.
Functie-eisen
To perform these tasks safely and independently, you have practical warehouse experience.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience within a logistics environment, preferably as an EPT Driver.
- Possession of a valid EPT certificate.
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure.
- Available for 25 to 30 hours per week.
